We aim to dispatch all orders for items that are in stock within 1-3 working days of your order being placed and payment clearing. All orders posted to UK addresses require a signature upon arrival.
All orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Items are delivered by 1pm the next day, but is only available Monday to Thursday. Items ordered on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Items ordered over the weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday
We cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.
We offer a free Royal Mail Special Delivery service for all UK orders of £150 or more. For all UK orders up to a value of £150 you can choose Royal Mail 1st Class signed for at a cost of £4.75 or Royal Mail Special Delivery at a cost of £6.50. Please choose your preferred option at checkout. Estimated delivery time from receipt of order is 3 – 5 working days.
If you’d rather not have your valuable items delivered, you can choose to collect your order at our store in Devizes. Please bring your order confirmation we’ve emailed to you, a form of identification and the payment card used.
Delivery costs are calculated automatically at the checkout.
We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase but if you are not, we are happy to exchange or refund within 7 days from the date of receipt (excluding original delivery costs). If you wish to send something back please email us before doing so.
We recommend that the item is returned to us via special delivery and it remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us. Please be aware that items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received. We cannot exchange or refund customer damaged goods.
Jewellery bought from the 1st December for Christmas presents can be returned up until 7th January.

In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued to the same card that was used during initial payment. Goods are refunded within 30 days.
N.B. For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.
